• Week1: Map all refill stores in Klang Valley. Interview 10 store owners about their biggest challenges.
• Week2: Build simple Google Maps-based directory MVP. List 50 verified stores with product catalogs.
• Week3: Drive 500 visitors via zero-waste Facebook groups. Measure bounce rate and 'claim this store' conversions.
• Week4: Analyze: >100 store claims AND >10% repeat visitor rate = commit; <30 store claims = pivot to e-commerce refill delivery.
