Most SMEs use basic accounting, POS, or spreadsheets and lack in-house IT teams, so direct API integration with MyInvois is confusing and expensive. Owners and finance staff are overwhelmed by mixed info on exemption rules and fear audits up to 12 years back.

The Solution

Plug-and-play middleware that connects to common SME tools (simple CSV upload, manual entry, or light integrations with popular accounting/POS systems) and auto-generates LHDN-compliant e-invoices via API. AI wizard (BM/English/Chinese) that asks a few questions about the business and outputs a personalised 'readiness checklist' and go-live plan based on turnover, group structure, and sector. Smart validator that checks each invoice (tax codes, buyer info, RM10k rule, B2B/B2C tags) before submission and flags issues in simple language. Autogenerated audit trail stored securely for at least 12 years. Simple dashboard plus WhatsApp/WeChat/Telegram alerts for key events.

Subscription tiers per legal entity: Starter up to 500 invoices/month, Growth up to 5,000, Enterprise higher. Onboarding/setup fee for configuration and staff training. Partner/reseller programme for accounting firms sharing recurring revenue.
