Aggregates real-time status from all 15+ Malaysian CPOs into one app. Shows: charger availability (live), connector type (CCS2, CHAdeMO, Type 2), pricing per kWh, user-reported functional status, queue length estimate, and nearby amenities. Community features: report broken chargers, share charging tips, rate stations. Free for EV drivers; premium RM9.90/mo for reservation slots and route planning with charging stops.

4-Week Validation Plan

• Week1: Interview 20 Malaysian EV owners about their charging experience and biggest frustrations.
• Week2: Build charger status aggregator prototype scraping data from 5 major CPO APIs. Map 200+ chargers in Klang Valley.
• Week3: Recruit 50 EV owners from Malaysian EV Facebook groups for beta testing.
• Week4: Measure: >70% daily active users AND <15% inaccurate status reports = commit; otherwise pivot to charging installation consultancy.
